Wedding Design Process
Where it all begins...
My aim, as a floral artist, is to create a wow factor that will leave long-lasting memories, even when your special day is over. I want your guests to gasp as they step into your floral wonderland. Start your wedding floral journey with us by filling in our online enquiry form so that we can start to understand your ideas, and therefore help to exceed your expectations.

Each wedding is so different and my approach to your wedding is completely bespoke, so it’s important that I get to understand your style, tastes, personality, and vision. Once we receive your enquiry, we check availability first. If available, depending on your wedding date and floral requirements we either schedule a facetime/zoom call or invite you to pay your deposit to secure your wedding date with us. If you require an initial consultation before your deposit has been paid this will be at a cost £20, this cost is fully redeemable against your deposit.

What happens
next...
Once a booking has been secured we always finalise your wedding florals around 4-6 months before your wedding. In this final meeting, we work through your ideas, questions, and concerns to put you at ease and give me a solid foundation to work from. We will discuss your needs in detail, taking into account dress/suit styles, the theme of the day, the colour of your bridesmaid’s/groomsmen's outfits, the number of guests/tables, and the ceremony/reception venue will be important items on the agenda.
With ideas from our portfolio, we will look at blooms that are in season for the month in which you are getting married. We will also look at colour palettes. I will take away the notes from our consultation and provide you with a full breakdown of costings and services for your day, clarifying what’s fully included within the quote, e.g. delivery, candles, hire of props, etc. With flower market prices constantly changing we are unable to give an accurate quote until around this timeframe. However, we do keep in mind your budget and work with you and your design choices. You will provide delivery details and the order of day and we’ll liaise with the venue if required, so everything goes exactly to plan.
Your wedding
day...
Depending on the package you have chosen and your requirement for me and my team throughout your day our services on your wedding day may differ. A typical wedding day for us starts with delivering your bridal florals directly to you and your bridal party early on the morning of your wedding. We ensure everything is perfect for you, show you how to hold your bouquet, make any final tweaks and if required attach buttonholes and corsages.

After delivering your bouquets we then head to your ceremony venue and begin to set up. By the time your guests begin to arrive, we will have everything perfect, awaiting your arrival. After your ceremony is complete we then transport everything to your reception venue and set up all of your arrangements here. Altar arrangements become top table displays, aisle arrangements become table centerpieces, and everything gets repurposed throughout your wedding day. At this point it is time for you and your guests to enter your reception room and for me to leave.

The day following your wedding I then return to your venue to collect any vases, frameworks, or stands that you may have on hire from me.
